• Account data: email, display name, and authentication identifiers (including Google sign-in profile data when used).
• Study activity: practice attempts, exam scores, and progress metrics so we can show your dashboard and improve your learning experience.
• Oral exam responses: text submitted to the AI examiner is processed to generate feedback. Submissions may be retained to improve quality.
• Subscription & payment info: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We store subscription status only — never full card numbers.
• Technical data: standard logs (IP, browser, timestamps) used for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

How we use your data

• Provide and maintain the AviLabs A&P Prep service.
• Track progress and personalize study recommendations.
• Process payments and manage Premium subscriptions.

Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the platform: Lovable Cloud (database, authentication, and backend hosting), Stripe (payments), and AI model providers used to grade oral exam answers. These providers process data only on our behalf and under their own privacy and security commitments.

Data retention

We retain account and study data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

AviLabs A&P Prep is intended for adults pursuing FAA certification and is not directed at children under 13.
